You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication within the hospital.
Your new role
As a Switchboard Team Leader, you will mentor a group of Switchboard Operators who will be the first point of contact for callers, directing enquiries, and connecting them to the appropriate departments.
What you'll need to succeed
Lead and mentor the switchboard operators.
Drafting of accurate and concise reports.
Maintaining accurate records - Word and Excel.
Conducting staff appraisals.
Co-ordinate mandatory training.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Excellent communication skills: clear and professional.
Experience leading or mentoring staff.
Availability: Monday to Friday from 09h00 until 17h30, but you will need to be flexible to work on the switchboard if they are short of staff.
Australian Citizen
A criminal record check will be part of the employment screening check for the suitable candidate.
What you'll get in return
$70 049.20 plus super.
