An exciting position for a System Administrator has become available for a motivated and passionate individual wanting to further their career.
The role will be part time, 2-3 days per week on site at our Head Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide end-user support to staff in person, via phone and email for technical support enquiries
- Support & maintain virtual Environment
- Provide support and ability to troubleshoot IT issues at any My Guardian site
- Administer the set-up of new employees, create and update access permissions and maintain user accounts across multiple systems
- Managing the full range of technologies including, but not limited to: Google Enterprise, Company back-end and more
- Performing core admin functions to maintain system integrity
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, networks, application software and system management tools
The successful applicant will have:
- Relevant degree qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and the ability to collaborate well with others
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
