- Primary location in Canberra City, ACT (minimum 3 days per week onsite)
- Open to working in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office (minimum 3 days per week in office in one of these locations)

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
- Producing analysis and design documentation such as high level and detailed requirements, business process maps, user stories and user interface specifications etc.
- Map current and future state business processes.
- Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide assistance in the planning and management of user acceptance activities.
- Support projects undertaken in line with Department processes and the digital delivery model.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Demonstrated experience in conducting business and technical analysis on complex digital projects and products and producing high quality BA artefacts.
- Experience leading consultation with business and technical stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements.
- A proven track record in working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience working with complex IT systems.
