We are seeking an experienced and passionate System Support Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in technical support and system administration for Affinity’s IT infrastructure.
About The Role
The System Support Specialist is an onsite 3 month contract role. You will be responsible for providing technical support and system administration for Affinity's IT infrastructure. You will use analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software, while also providing communication and training to end-users.
- Technical Support and System Administration skills
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills to train end-users and provide support
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, especially with Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSE, CCNP) are preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential
