Followmont Transport is continuing to expand its network and have an exciting new opportunity for a motivated individual to join our linehaul team to provide administrative and operational support.
This fulltime position is key to our operation and would suit a passionate and team orientated individual. The right candidate will be able to work autonomously and have strong time management skills.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday | 4:00pm Starts.
- Working autonomously against multiple databases including Truck Mate, MT Data and Excel.
- Coordinating resource allocation for the job system and dispatching drivers promptly for efficient task completion.
- Providing daily ETA reports to uphold service standards and ensure timely deliveries.
- Engaging in effective communication with Linehaul Drivers, offering support to troubleshoot any encountered issues.
- Collaborating with the compliance team to guarantee driver adherence to regulations and standards.
- Establishing close collaboration with Linehaul allocators, extending support as necessary to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Truck mate, MT Data or Excel is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable.
- Positive “Can Do” attitude with a focus on providing a high level of service.
