We configure, manage and integrate all levels of server & networking environments, device management, cloud file sharing & mail systems, integration, and all other general end-user configurations and support.Our team is driven and motivated to increase the productivity of our clients' systems and the efficiency of their workflows in a friendly and informative manner resulting in minimal interruptions to our end-users information technology. We are based in South-East Queensland, servicing the majority of our clients between Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Northern New South Wales. Our clients are very diverse and for that reason, our team needs to adapt to any industry's objectives with uncompromising workmanship.About the role:Due to company growth, our specialised team is now in urgent need of an experienced full-time Systems Administrator. Windows support expertise, networking capability, and knowledge of modern cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365) are also important.Essential Criteria, the successful applicant must also have:A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for the role
Apple and Windows experience
High-level network experience (VPNs, routing, LAN, WAN)
Windows server support
Networking language knowledge and experience
Skills in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Dropbox Business.Other Desirable Criteria:Jamf Pro certifications
Microsoft certifications
Cisco certifications
Confident in server administration and networking
Apple certifications
Device management with Intune
