As a Senior Systems Administrator at TechnologyOne, you'll be working within an exceptional team that prides itself in delivering amazing solutions and support experiences to TechnologyOne staff members. You'll drive projects that deliver continuous improvement to a portfolio of systems, as well as ensuring successful delivery of front-line support, to internal stakeholders.
As a true partner and advisor to your stakeholders, you will enjoy a variety of project and operational activities to service and enable the business, building relationships, gaining an in-depth understanding of how our business works and the impact of your role, so you can go above and beyond in the delivery tasks. - Act as IT & Facilities subject matter experts for business initiatives and events and provide required support to achieve the outcomes
- Implement new IT and Facilities systems and solutions, and improvements. This includes technical implementation projects related to security, information management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Cloud Access Security management systems, as well as framework Implementation projects such as disaster recovery, ISMS
- Act as one team with Help Desk and provide coaching and operational hand over to enable successful operational management of the systems and solutions within service levels and security, privacy, and other compliance requirements
- Act as resolver group and perform complex Help Desk and system administration activities
- Continuously improve work instructions and procedures, using Jira Service Desk for ticketing and knowledge-base
- Manage vendor performance and contract cycles, ensuring value of money for TechnologyOne
- Partnering with the business, getting to know your stakeholders, and delivering consistent messages across the team as trusted advisors??
- Having a continual focus on improvement and above all, the customer experience for our stakeholders
- At least 5 years in Corporate IT System Administration or Operations
- Exceptional attention to detail?and skills in stakeholder management
- An aptitude to learn and adapt to change?
- A focus on customer service, with an ability to empathise and understand the impact of your customers' concerns?
- Previous experience in security projects, scripting and automation
- Working knowledge in ITIL, ISO27001 frameworks
- Experience In technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Defender, Okta, Palo Alto would be a benefit
