The Gig!
In a nutshell, ensure buildings fire prevention equipment are compliant and ready for use in an emergency.
Working directly with our Operations Manager the Systems Administrator and scheduler will be responsible for maintaining our Uptick portal and other business systems to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency, along with:
- Creating and allocating monthly technician work allocations
- Co-Ordinating the schedules of tasks for critical or complicated work tasks
- Monitoring and adjusting technician rounds to ensure optimal business efficiency
- Scheduling of critical hire equipment
- End of month system cleaning and maintenance
- Onboarding and offboarding IT and systems applications for staff
- Monthly reporting and meetings
- Uptick customisation to suit business operations and demands
- New property and client set ups
- Support for other office systems - Dial pad, IT, Verizon, system issues
- Client and property set up
- Adhoc project tasks as needed
The Person!
We want someone who knows Uptick and has a passion for systems, IT, and customised processes. Someone organised with sound scheduling, co-ordinating and problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to get things done. You can communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Someone who is able to pivot from task to task, who is organised and system and tech savvy and high levels of skill in Excel and microsoft products and LOVES working in a team.
This role requires a strong level of Uptick Experience. Previous Fire Industry experience will be highly regarded
