Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services in the Data Centre and Tech Refresh directorate will see you responsible for a variety of work.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Prioritise, diagnose and investigate causes of incidents and resolve issues within a complex technological environment.
- Contributes to maintenance and installation. Monitors and reports on infrastructure performance to enable service delivery. Resolves issues or refers to others for assistance.
- Contributes with the identification, assessment and briefing to staff and management of new and emerging software technologies, products, methods, techniques and services.
- Assist with introduction and use of technologies, methodologies, tools and services to match overall current and future business requirements.
- Engage with vendors, other business units and management to contribute successful working relationships that enhance the effective management of the Data Centre environment.
- Documentation of the storage and server environments and related systems, formulation of procedures and support material to assist in efficient and effective Data Centre operations.
