Join us in this newly created Systems Advisor (Health and Safety) role where you will support the development and implementation of our Health and Safety digital platform including analysis and reporting. You will be the Super User for our new digital platform and use data and analytics to inform and improve H&S processes and decisions. You will coordinate development requests ensuring they are aligned to our strategic plan and system roadmap to sustain the platform now and grow to meet our future needs.

Experienced, willing and great with people: Here’s who we’re looking for.

• You’re an experienced Health and Safety systems super user or are comfortable to transfer your systems skills into a Health and Safety system.  
• You’re passionate about implementing, supporting, and continually improving systems and processes with a strong internal customer focus.
• You’re proficient in configuring digital forms, data analysis and reporting tools (i.e., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Yellowfin) and a high level of graphing and data presentation skills.
• You love to work collaboratively within a small team and to build positive working relationships across the business.
• You’re experienced coordinating platform improvements with a systematic and detail-oriented approach.
• You’re comfortable providing system training and support to the broader team and other business leaders.
• You have an effective and engaging communication style to suit varied stakeholders.
