About the role
Reporting to the Senior Risk and Governance Advisor, you will provide critical systems support and oversight for Evolution's sustainability initiatives and statutory requirements at Ernest Henry. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage site access control, document management, critical risk and chemical management systems
- Maintain records and produce compliance reports across lead/lag sustainability indicators
- Support continuous improvement of sustainability data management, reporting and archiving processes
- Champion safety leadership and promote a culture aligned with Evolution's values and principles
- Lifestyle friendly 5/2 - 4/3 roster living residential in Cloncurry with a local living allowance
- Eligible for the quarterly safe production bonus

About you
You will bring relevant experience in administration, document control and/or site access management, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sectors. With excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy, you possess proficiency in the MS Office suite and the ability to learn specialised mining software/systems. You demonstrate initiative to solve problems and build collaborative relationships across the operation.
