About the role
The Enterprise Integration Team manages the design, development, and support of integrations between on-premises and cloud-based enterprise applications, employing Microsoft Azure tools like Azure APIM, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory. The team collaborates with software development teams, contributing to API and data pipeline creation for modernization projects. They also work on Master Data Management (MDM) and Identity and Access Management (IDAM) to maintain data integrity and security, streamlining data flow across the organisation.
The Systems Analyst role involves working with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, leading system analysis, designing solutions, overseeing implementation, testing, and documentation. This position is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring smooth connectivity of enterprise applications and enhancing operational efficiency and innovation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document integration requirements.
- Analyse systems and workflows to identify integration opportunities and improvements.
- Develop detailed design specifications aligned with business needs and technical constraints.
- Oversee implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, especially in enterprise integration or data-focused roles.
- Proficient in data analysis and data modeling concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
