Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and architecture within the Dynamics 365 framework.
- Lead the design and development of customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet project objectives while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Define and enforce architectural principles, guidelines, and standards to maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization when transitioning into Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 technology and recommend innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
What you will bring:
- A degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and extensive experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools and Microsoft Azure services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect robust and scalable solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a project team, demonstrating strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to achieve project goals and deliverables. Ability to align to project lifecycle management and meet deadlines for key project timelines.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and design specifications to facilitate project communication and knowledge transfer.
