The role:An experienced
Business Systems Architect is required to assist with the upgrade implementation of a new e-learning platform.This initial project will involve comprehensive business process reengineering to align existing workflows with the capabilities of the updated platform.The successful implementation of the online programs will serve as a primer pilot for the subsequent platform migration and will establish the necessary framework for a seamless transition.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the project team to optimise processes, design the overall solution architecture, and ensure a successful implementation while preparing the groundwork for the larger-scale migration project.
Your responsibilities:- Business Process reengineering,
- Solutions Architecture design.
- Enterprise Architecture Framework and Standards.
- Change management.
Your skills:- Proven experience as a Lead Business Systems Architect or similar role in complex software implementation projects involving significant business process reengineering.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
- Extensive expertise in business process analysis, redesign, optimisation, and change management techniques.
- Proficiency in solution architecture design, including application architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex implementations with significant process changes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage change across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in delivering end-user training and developing training materials for new processes and systems.
