The Opportunity?
Currently our Information Technology Department has a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Development Analyst to join our Head Office located in Subiaco.
Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the purpose of this role is to maintain, promote and develop associated finance business systems to best support optimal use and operation, as well as to facilitate strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and upkeep of the Pronto System.
- Maintenance of peripheral finance systems including Redmap.
- Ongoing development of the Pronto operating environment.
- Assist with implementing new strategies and policies.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
- Provide for accurate, transparent and efficient transaction recording and reporting.
- Provide quality and timely customer service to the NSR user base (via Servicenow helpdesk).
- Provide quality training to the user-base.
- Maintain and update training material as required.
- Investigate and resolve functionality related issues.
- Support a structured test and release program for new functionality.
- Seamless integration with the broader change management function of the business.

Key skills, experience & attributes include:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within the mining industry, along with 5+ years of experience using Pronto, is essential to the success of this role.
- Hold a Tertiary Qualification majoring in Business/Accounting, or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes with the ability to develop and implement change.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced work in relation to business systems.
- Flexible and adaptable at dealing with change; across procedures, practices & systems etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive successful outcomes.
- Customer service focused, with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to build collaborative & functional relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders to best achieve department and business objectives and deliverables.
