We are currently looking for someone with a strong client focus, demonstrable technical ability with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously. This role is the first escalation point for our Service Desk and to be successful in this role you will need to have experience in either Service Desk or MSP environment with a focus on network services, cloud services, server and service technologies. This role is varied and challenging is a great way to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
This role will be based from our Sydney Office, which will be located in Chatswood from April 2024. This role has onsite requirements.
