The Systems Integration Designer is critical to making this happen and will work with Corporate and Institutional Customers, Wholesale Digital Delivery, Transaction Business stakeholders and Relationship coverage teams in leading customer discussions regarding customer Systems Integration into ANZ. The role is responsible for the design, detailed development and help deliver the most appropriate and fit for purpose business solutions using existing Integrated Services technologies and/or emerging or new technologies.
This role is supported by the Fileactive Business Partner Integration Workflow Development tribe and internal delivery partners that is essential in enabling high value and volume customers utilise Institutional Bank product and services. The Customer System Integration Solution Specialist will have responsibility to ensure that customer solutions are designed for maximum re-use and industry best practice in order to increase the velocity at which customer deliverables are executed and revenues from high value Institutional customer are earned.
Role Location: Australia (working on a blended basis 50% within a ANZ workplace)

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
A Business and IT professional with at extensive experience in using business acumen to define/deliver technology based solutions
Experience in working across geographies, organisational boundaries to source information, motivate diverse groups and influence outcomes
Demonstrable openness to new ideas and innovation coupled with a desire to translate them into real business solutions
Well developed negotiation, communication and influencing skills that engages customer senior business and technology personnel
A strong knowledge and understanding of Agile and full SDLC
Tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline or IT stream is preferred but not essential
