Our Systems Operations Specialists Team are the freakishly talented team who provide systems & application support to both AC3 and our customers. This team is critical in ensuring that operational activities are managed to an exceptional level to minimise risk for both AC3 and our customers.
As a member of this team, you provide unparalleled technical and customer service to our customers.
This role manages the day to day Windows systems & application support activities, including managing and reporting on incidents and problems. You’ll be working particularly closely with our customers (internal and external), other Professional Services and Operational Services teams to provide value and an exceptional experience to our customers.
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years’ extensive experience in area of expertise - typically with an MSP/Systems Integrator servicing small-to-large clients including working within multi-tenanted environments
- Experience working as an SME for infrastructure and server management
- Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server, Exchange, M365, Active Directory, DFS, SCCM, Citrix XenDesktop & Netscaler, VMware, Enterprise AV.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer-service, continuous improvement and ethical business practices
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and working under stress in emergencies, and demonstrating flexibility to handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, customer focused and a “can do, take control” attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical, written and verbal communications; proven document and report writing skills; well-developed time management and planning skills
- Willingness & determination to learn and grow
- Proven ability to innovate, adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines
- Ability to develop and implement systems, processes and procedures to enable effective utilisation of resources
- Ability to operate with a high degree of flexibility, innovation and autonomy in an environment of demanding workloads and time constraints
- Self-motivated, proactive and confident
- Strong technical hands-on experience across a range of technologies; including Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory Services, VMware, Citrix, Enterprise AV and EUC/Digital Workplace applications
