Role Context
Our Systems Operations Specialists Team are the freakishly talented team who provide systems & application support to both AC3 and our customers.
This role manages the day to day Windows systems & application support activities, including managing and reporting on incidents and problems. You’ll be working particularly closely with our customers (internal and external), other Professional Services and Operational Services teams to provide value and an exceptional experience to our customers.
Necessary Experience
• 8+ years’ extensive experience in area of expertise - typically with an
MSP/Systems Integrator servicing small-to-large clients including
working within multi-tenanted environments
• Experience working as an SME for infrastructure and server
management
• Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server,
Exchange, Azure, M365, Active Directory, DFS, SCCM, Citrix XenDesktop &
Netscaler, VMware, Enterprise AV.
