ILS has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 stores and over 850 team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.
We are looking for a well-presented individual who enjoys working with people to join our team as Operations Support based out of Bega, NSW.

Our ideal candidate will also be flexible in their approach to work, possess a strong team and work ethic and must be prepared to participate in company training.
Duties include:
- You will be servicing our clients in the delivery, installation and collection of equipment from both the Hospital and Home.
- You will make contact with the customers to notify them of delivery times.
- You will deliver, and set up the equipment in clients homes and medical facilities and be trained to explain the functionality of the item for use.
- You will assist with cleaning and repairs of pressure care mattresses and home care rental equipment
- You will diagnose faults and carrying out basic repairs and maintenance on the range of rental and privately owned equipment, in house and in the field
- You will assist with warehousing, goods in and out.
Our requirements
- Have a professional and courteous manner, to build rapport and relationships with the clients and customers
- Excellent Driver History Report
- Ability to work unsupervised, and collaboratively with your team
- A current Driver's License is essential for this position (provisional/learners licenses will not be accepted)
- Current National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Provide a working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- Appointment will be subject to compliant immunisation screening
- Flu Vaccination
- Must be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (3 doses)
