Systems Trainer

• Initial engagement until 2nd of November 2024

The Systems Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of professional training within a range of administrative systems.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and deliver systems training for both face-to-face and online delivery
• Deliver content at a variety of levels to different audiences.
• Deliver classroom (public, onsite), virtual classroom, and recorded formats.
• Work on specific projects targeted at service improvement, enhancement and client satisfaction.
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule.
• Create training artefacts and materials.

You will have:

• Extensive experience in design, development and delivery of training programs for IT Systems
• Extensive experience of delivery of technical workshops in client environments
• Strong experience design, development and delivery of IT Systems Training programs
• Demonstrated experience communicating, consulting, collaborating and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
