Trainer, People Systems Improvement Program

  • 2 x full time, fixed term 6 month roles
  • Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available
  • Base salary + salary packaging + super + ADOs + 5 weeks annual leave

About Digital Innovation
Digital Innovation is a newly created department servicing The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Formulated through the partnering of the Information Management and Technology Directorate at The Women’s and the Digital Innovation Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital who were responsible for the management and maintenance of the Digital Assets encompassing networks, storage, communications and applications enabling the delivery of safe, quality care.
One of the deliverables within the one Digital Innovation Program is the People Systems Improvement (PSI) Program. This program comprises of several inter-related projects, with the key projects being a new HRIS, Payroll and Rostering.
About the role
We are seeking a Trainer who will be working across the PSI Program and the health services of The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The position will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training for various projects across the PSI Program (including the Rostering Project, HRIS Project and the BI Project) through to transition to business as usual (BAU). The Trainer will also provide post go-live support to staff as they start to use the new systems and processes.
This Trainer will be required to work closely with the project teams on the relevant projects, including the Project Managers, Change Leads, Business Systems Analysts and Business Leads.
A regular day will see you:
  • Design and develop training documents
  • Proactively engage relevant stakeholders through the change journey
  • Work with the Program & Project managers to assist in ensuring adequate business readiness
  • Ensure training improvement through analysis ad review of feedback
About you
To be successful in this role you'll be:
  • A motivated self-starter
  • Experienced in managing change
  • Experienced in delivering in person, instructor-led training
  • Experienced in healthcare or aged care (desirable)
