Your team 

The People Services team is responsible for providing a broad range of support services to the wider People Culture & Communications team that span across business functions including People Partner support, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, policy interpretation, document management and Learning & Development coordination activities. 

Your duties & responsibilities 

  • Support the Talent Partners with volume recruitment activities. This includes reviewing and shortlisting CVs, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks 
  • Coordinating of all candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported through pre-employment phase 
  • Coordinating volume recruitment drives, including supporting at in person & virtual assessment centres. 
  • Management, monitoring and responding to recruitment queries and applications within service level agreement timeframes and escalating matter as required 
  • Management of the internal job postings on the company intranet 
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and supporting with process improvement initiatives 

Your knowledge & experience 

  • Previous experience in a coordinator/administrator role within a People and Culture team 
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail 
  • Customer focussed approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively to enhance processes.  
  • Drive, tenacity, innovation and can do attitude. 
  • Ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative and be resourceful and flexible in getting things done
