Our Role
Working as a part of a small team and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting providing an end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring our teams are well resourced.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Playing a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to our team
- Your primary responsibility will be to engage with candidates, build relationships, and guide them through our recruitment process
- Updating our live recruitment database and talent ID register and improving the existing talent ID register to retain in contact with future recruits
- Liaise with external HR consultants and potential candidates
- Assist in the delivery of various strategies within the company's recruitment and retention plan
The Requirements:
- Working Rights in Australia
- Experience in recruitment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to articulate our companies’ opportunities to candidates with enthusiasm and clarity
- Ability to thrive on building meaningful connections with a diverse range of people through showing understanding, engagement and empathy
- Ability to willingly initiate over-the-phone conversations, and creating innovative ways to source candidates with persistent and persuasive techniques
- Able to proactively problem solve and be motivated by achieving results and exceeding expectations.
- A good work ethic, reliable and able to excel in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
This is a permanent part-time position, with a preference of 3 days per week.
