We are delighted to partner with our client, a high-profile international company known for its prestigious brand of products and services. An opportunity has become available for a highly motived individual to undertake the temporary role of Talent Acquisition Administrator. The role provides a range of recruitment administrative services to support the Talent Acquisition team working on an apprenticeship recruitment campaign. The right candidate is a professional with a breadth of administrative experience, high level of initiative, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills and able to establish rapport at all levels.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain the administration of the Talent Acquisition Team  
  • Managing candidate enquiries
  • Schedule interviews in consultation with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team
  • Reviewing applications
  • Pre-screening candidates 
  • Setting up and administering key recruitment activities including tests, job postings and reference checks
  • Consistently demonstrating a strong client service in all interactions with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Producing accurate and timely offers of employment and new starter packs
  • Onboard new staff in compliance within the recruitment policies;
  • Contribute to team projects as requested, by participating as a team member and provide recruitment administration expertise
  • Participate in a major event - exhibition

Demonstrated key competencies/qualifications

  • Demonstrated recruitment administration experience working in a similar role
  • Experience using an online recruitment applicant tracking system
  • Strong customer and quality focus
  • Understanding of effective administration workflow processes and the ability to apply this knowledge in recruitment administration activities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently to meet critical timeframes
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Previous Recruitment and administration experience desirable.
