We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a 10-month basis. This role sits within the broader People & Organisation team of thirty team members consisting of: Human Resources, Learning & Development and Payroll.This is your opportunity to join a highly collaborative and innovative team, where you will be an integral part of our strategy in shaping the future of Specsavers. As a fully hybrid organisation, you will be based in Port Melbourne when not working from an alternative location.We are passionate about attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent for Specsavers. This position will see you partner with departments across Support Office where you will proactively develop strategies to acquire top talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be involved in working with our broader People & Organisation team to roll-out various exciting strategic initiatives and projects.Essential skills
- Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end generalist recruiter, ideally within the Retail Industry
- Demonstrated strong Business Partnering and influencing/negotiation skills
- Previous experience recruiting roles in Finance, Marketing or Technology fields is highly desirable
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience using a variety of recruitment assessment and selection techniques
- Experienced in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
