This is a relatively high-volume role working within the wider People & Culture function with a national recruitment remit. You will work closely varying levels of management across the business to ensure 'best practice' methodologies in the recruitment and selection of great talent for the business, creating value and great experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Skills and experience..
- Demonstrated ability to directly and proactively source and engage with candidates across a number of job roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Internal recruitment experience required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Possess sound administrative skills along with your technical skills and ability to maintain accuracy of and level of required data within an ATS
- Proven ability to build and maintain a meaningful candidate experience
- Bring your team-oriented focus and ability to contribute to a strategy to identify and implement a successful talent attraction methodology.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills required
- Ability to understand and execute on a variety of job roles across the business.
- An excellent communicator who thrives on exceeding expectations
