We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the Sydney or Melbourne office on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key player in our recruitment process, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers within the Legal, Finance and Accounting portfolio. About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Perpetual you will, manage the full end to end recruitment process:
- Understand candidate skills and style to support end-to-end recruitment for roles within Legal, Finance, and Accounting
- Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, delivering a premium service by understanding the critical timing
- Articulate and embody our three organisational behaviors: "How we show up," "Stretch," and "Own it."
- Keep abreast of the latest thinking and drive recruitment initiatives and special projects
- Proactively search and engage with high-calibre talent to build sustainable and relevant pipelines
- Think outside the box with well-developed problem-solving skills.
About you
Available for an immediate start:
- 2+ years end-to-end recruitment experience within financial services or investment or wealth management industry
- Prior experience with recruiting an Accounting portfolio will be highly regarded
- Prior experience with Workday Recruitment will be highly regarded
- Experience using talent search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is highly beneficial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
