This role reports to the General Manager of Hobart Private Hospital, working closely with our wider People, Culture & Engagement Team.
This role has a strong focus on operational recruitment, particularly clinical roles, although not limited to. The role will involve working with managers and leading the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to employee onboarding and commencement. This is a part-time role (3 -4 days per week) for a 12 month period.
What are we looking for?
Recruitment experience in a volume environment
Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.
A strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to Hiring managers and candidates alike.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities.
Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
