This role reports to the General Manager of Hobart Private Hospital, working closely with our wider People, Culture & Engagement Team.
This role has a strong focus on operational recruitment, particularly clinical roles, although not limited to. The role will involve working with managers and leading the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to employee onboarding and commencement. This is a part-time role (3 -4 days per week) for a 12 month period.
What are we looking for?
- Recruitment experience in a volume environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.
- A strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to Hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities.
- Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
