As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Talent Acquisition strategy and guiding our dynamic and skilled team. Responsible for a portfolio spanning the East Coast of Australia and New Zealand and reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll provide hands-on support, guidance, and development to our dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators.You'll be there for our passionate team, guiding them through challenges and complexity with empathy and understanding. Whether it's troubleshooting recruitment issues or providing career development advice, you'll be right by their side.Your ability to clearly articulate and present data and information at all levels will be crucial. Whether it's team meetings, stakeholder updates, or strategic discussions, you'll ensure seamless communication.Juggling competing objectives is part of the game. Your excellent time management skills will keep everything on track, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services. As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll also demonstrate adeptness in navigating organizational transitions and leading our team with resilience and adaptability during periods of changeForge strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
