You will manage the day-to-day delivery of the Simpro Group’s recruitment activities by proactively sourcing, attracting and maintaining a pipeline of talent to fuel growth across all areas of the business. You will have a passion for both recruitment and candidate care, with the ability to work in a results-focused team.
To be considered for this role, you will be Brisbane-based in our Eight Mile Plains office and must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Do
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Proactively source, identify and approach outstanding talent to join the Simpro Group
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment function, including taking job briefs, writing and posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, online interviews, presenting shortlists to hiring managers and arranging assessments where required
- Be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of the talent attraction strategy, aligning with other key strategic objectives
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process and maximise overall efficiencies
- Train and upskill our hiring managers to constantly improve and strengthen our recruitment process and ensure we maintain our high hiring standards to recruit the best people
- Analyse, track and report on ATS metrics - to ensure the delivery of hiring goals
- Pursue innovative ways to source talent
- Nurture your internal stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor to them
- Help grow the Simpro Group employer brand.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in-house
- ATS experience with Workday preferred, but not essential if you are a systems guru
- Ability and experience in handling high volume, multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience within a Tech or SaaS environment, recruiting across a diverse range of roles, is strongly preferred
- A genuine passion for and history of delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Collaborative and an all round team-player
- A high level of competency with technology and the ability to learn new systems
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Highly flexible, available and responsive - particularly in terms of operating within multiple, global time zones when required
- Work autonomously as well as a member of a wider team.
