Job description:
 

Join our global Talent Acquisition team (based in Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide), you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition specialists with a strong focus on building partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

In this role, you will:

Lead a team that works with leaders to create equal opportunity recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at identifying, shortlisting, hiring and onboarding job-ready candidates.

  • Identify, plan and strengthening of key talent pipelines
  • Prioritise work effort and resources accordingly as informed by data and analytics to monitor and continuously improve performance.
  • Determine the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems
  • Business partnering - supporting and guiding hiring managers through the process
  • Maintaining effective and compliant practices - optimising the candidate experience

Experience

  • You will have a proven ability to coach, engage and develop your direct team along with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a commercial mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
  • You will be experienced in leading and coaching team members and have demonstrated leadership experience in large complex organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels
  • Experience of Project planning, execution and reporting.
