The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment team at CALHN to support our strategic ambition of attracting and retaining world class talent, with a focus on developing recruitment strategies for a range of critical roles in CALHN and driving best practice recruitment across the organisation.

Key deliverables include -

• Developing innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition in CALHN
• Supporting our executive and clinical leaders to drive best practice recruitment and selection
• Developing our Employee Value Proposition to support our recruitment strategy
• Overseeing improvements to our recruitment and onboarding process
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders and other teams, internal and external to CALHN

• Has demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies across a range of professions
