The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment team at CALHN to support our strategic ambition of attracting and retaining world class talent, with a focus on developing recruitment strategies for a range of critical roles in CALHN and driving best practice recruitment across the organisation.
Key deliverables include -
- Developing innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition in CALHN
- Supporting our executive and clinical leaders to drive best practice recruitment and selection
- Developing our Employee Value Proposition to support our recruitment strategy
- Overseeing improvements to our recruitment and onboarding process
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders and other teams, internal and external to CALHN
We are seeking someone who:

- Has demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies across a range of professions
