As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide a mix of strategic and operational service, advice, and support across all aspects of a full end to end recruitment service from role briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, head hunting, convening interview panels, reference checking, record checking and job offer including salary negotiations.
Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and capabilities of the successful applicant.

ABOUT YOU.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience in all facets of contemporary recruitment and selection processes and best practice.
- End to end recruitment experience within an internal function.
- Demonstrated sound skills and experience working with employment services.
- Demonstrated sound experience in effectively engaging with businesses and stakeholders to develop a shared strategy and deliver agreed outcomes on time.
- Demonstrated experience in creating talent pipelines and the implementation and management of graduates, cadetships, traineeships, apprenticeships, and work experience programs based on current and future business needs.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving problems and managing conflict in a positive manner.
- Demonstrated experience in the negotiation of beneficial terms and conditions with recruitment agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in producing written documentation of a high standard including reports, briefs, presentations, submissions, and correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- High level interpersonal and organisation skills, particularly in customer service environments.
- Demonstrated experience in using an Application Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting either white collar and/or blue-collar roles.
- Ability to map recruiting process and identify efficiencies.
