THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a team of 13 full-time flexible workers, so we know how to work together to meet a deadline around all the other things we do - life, family, and friends. Our team has been built to deliver an exceptional recruitment and onboarding experience, while sourcing the best talent using a diverse approach to source and attract candidates into the business.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Sydney CBD office, you will bring your high-volume recruitment experience by attracting and engaging the right talent into the business, while providing a high level of customer service and delivery to our hiring managers. Taking ownership of the recruitment process and delivering a positive selection and onboarding process is our priority, to ensure our candidates and leaders have the best experience!

You are not just here to sell EML to candidates, you're part of a team who really do focus on hiring the right people into the business which translates into supporting our customers return to health and to work. We currently have a 6-month Max-Term opportunity based in our Sydney CBD office to join our highly motivated and engaged team.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process including (but not limited to) job briefs, proactive sourcing, screening, assessments, conducting assessment centres, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring high-level candidate and hiring leader care and satisfaction
  • Treat all candidates how you would like to be treated - provide a memorable recruitment experience from attraction stage to offer (and beyond), for all successful/unsuccessful candidates
  • Proactively seek opportunities to optimise value-add through processes, technology, ways of working, service offerings etc.
  • Utilising our pre-screening tools, carefully evaluating candidates' key skills and capabilities to ensure suitability for each role
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through operational and strategic projects/initiatives
  • Continue to build our employer brand, hiring strategies and candidate experience through true talent advisory
  • Utilising data / market insights to support and influence hiring decisions and broader talent acquisition discussions
ABOUT YOU
  • Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume recruitment portfolio
  • Desire to coordinate and facilitate assessment centres between candidates/hiring leaders
  • Demonstrated experience utilising proactive attraction tools/methods (i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, talent pools) to proactively engage with industry talent
  • Being proactive is your second nature and will help you fit into our high performing team that recognises success and true talent advisory
  • You thrive in a busy environment; it is something that drives you and offers you the opportunity and stretch to utilise your broad direct proactive attraction approach
  • Ability to interpret data, utilise data/market insights
  • You enjoy a values-driven environment and have a key interest to drive employee engagement within the business
