What's the role?We're currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience as you manage end to end recruitment activity

Act as a brand and culture ambassador to promote News Corp Australia as an employer of choiceContribute to a high performance culture through results and behavioursLeverage our employer brand and EVP to drive attraction campaigns that engage talent communities for immediate and future resourcing needsBuild effective strategic sourcing strategies and regularly explore new and non-traditional sourcing channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines of strategic and difficult to source talent to support proactive recruitmentProvide expert advice, direction, and support to Hiring Managers on market trendsWho are you?

• Proven recruitment experience managing a diverse portfolio
