The role
We have an exciting, full-time fixed-term (24 month) opportunity to grow your career in talent acquisition.
This position is responsible for coordinating the effective delivery of end-to-end talent acquisition activities and processes, providing quality outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. The position also provides highly effective and customer-focused support services across the range of generalist human resources activities, including the management of the onboarding and offboarding processes.
In this role you will:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes under direction from the People and Capability Business Partners, ensuring quality outcomes for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience providing excellent customer service and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding processes including delivering induction programs and implementation of new systems.
- Coordinate offboarding processes including conducting and analysing exit interview data.
- Prepare reports, personnel statistics and other information to meet internal and external reporting requirements, as directed.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience delivering end-to-end talent acquisition activities or similar.
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment databases is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply relevant industrial instruments and legislation including Acts, standards, regulations, and relevant HR policies is highly desirable.
