About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a challenging and rewarding role with the opportunity to shape recruitment processes and contribute to our company's success. Ideally, you will have OSHC industry knowledge and experience with recruitment and onboarding.
This is a part-time role based in Victoria Park for 2/3 days a week, which will be remunerated according to the experience and qualifications of successful applicant.
More specifically, this involves overseeing -
- The end to end recruitment of new candidates
- Understanding the recruitment needs of the business
- Understanding and using the online HR system
- Staff retention strategies
- Contracts and employment documents
- Award interpretation
- Systems and processes
You will have:
- Proven experience with end to end recruitment
- Knowledge of best practices, processes and tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- High accuracy in data entry and HR administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
