Position Profile:
The Talent Acquisition Partner performs a range of WACHS-wide activities in relation to Talent Acquisition. We are integral to our regions being successful and to achieve this we need to innovate, be responsive and have a sense of urgency. We are responsible for activities in relation to end-to-end recruitment and selection, as well as for planning, developing and delivering a contemporary Talent Acquisition service across the organisation.
The focus areas of the role include:
- Efficiency / Delivery: Delivering a streamlined Talent Acquisition service, embracing innovation with a sense of urgency to achieve measurable results
- Client Engagement / Advisory: building and managing effective relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders with the ability to effectively influence and achieve organisational outcomes.
- Quality of Hires: maximising usage of recruitment channels and tools that positions us to attract high quality candidates and build talent pipelines aligned with current and future requirements
- Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience; this includes a consistency in our branding, our responsiveness and regular communication and updates shared with candidates
