This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent or Fixed Term, Full Time appointments.

Part Time appointments may be considered.

We currently have 8.0 FTE positions available.

Regional appointments may be considered.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 17/06/2025.

Position Profile: 

The Talent Acquisition Partner performs a range of WACHS-wide activities in relation to Talent Acquisition. We are integral to our regions being successful and to achieve this we need to innovate, be responsive and have a sense of urgency. We are responsible for activities in relation to end-to-end recruitment and selection, as well as for planning, developing and delivering a contemporary Talent Acquisition service across the organisation.

The focus areas of the role include:

  • Efficiency / Delivery: Delivering a streamlined Talent Acquisition service, embracing innovation with a sense of urgency to achieve measurable results
  • Client Engagement / Advisory: building and managing effective relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders with the ability to effectively influence and achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Quality of Hires: maximising usage of recruitment channels and tools that positions us to attract high quality candidates and build talent pipelines aligned with current and future requirements
  • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience; this includes a consistency in our branding, our responsiveness and regular communication and updates shared with candidates
