The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our passionate People & Culture team. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and optimising recruitment processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with Vocus goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and establish strong working relationships.
• Continuously improve and optimise recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, particularly related to the Recruitment functionality in our HRIS (Dayforce).
