Job Description
Assist the Talent and Culture Manager in:
- Providing T&C administrative support to all departments
- Monitoring compliance for all departments
- Proactively organising and coordinating engagement activities for the hotel
- Supporting department managers with rewards and recognition programs
- Wellbeing, ESG and OHS initiatives
- All other Ad-hoc duties
- Have a passion for people. Nothing will be too hard as we are a solution oriented team and we know that ‘every person has a story’.
- Have a creative flair when it comes to team member’s engagement
- Be highly organised, able to prioritise your day unsupervised and have a keen eye for detail
- Have a passion to develop ESG initiatives
- Have strong communication skills at every level of the business
- Be a team player by developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other team members
- Be proficient in using Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
- Previous administration experience will be highly regarded
