About the Role
As a Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner in Group Services, Technology you'll play a key role in supporting our Domain Leads to shape and execute the Technology Talent & Culture strategy within their lines of business.
You will provide strategic Business Partnering support to Domain Leads and strategic guidance to their respective leadership teams.
Reporting to the General Manager Talent & Culture Business Partnering, Group Services and working closely with the broader Talent & Culture teams across the group, you will ensure consistent delivery of Talent & Culture support across the portfolio, in alignment with Enterprise and Divisional strategic people priorities.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will:
- Work with stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic and commercial Talent & Culture partnering support across a diverse client group to advance the Technology people strategy
- Support the business agenda and deliver capability growth with a focus on enhancing culture and talent development to position the business for the future
- Leverage data and insights to develop people strategies to drive business performance
- Support the business to ensure delivery of the Division's strategic transformation agenda
- Influence and shape a range of Talent & Culture activities and programs including talent management and succession, diversity, organisational design, culture and engagement, employee relations, performance management, health, safety and well-being, transformation and change management
- Work with Group Talent & Culture teams and Talent & Culture teams across Group Services to deliver a global Talent & Culture service
- Work effectively within the Talent & Culture operating model to ensure the effective delivery of global Talent & Culture services to the business
- Meet regulatory and Group compliance requirements and manage operational risk for key Talent & Culture activities

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Breadth of Talent & Culture experience, ideally including Talent & CultureBusiness Partnering.
- Exceptional relationship management skills including the ability to influence outcomes and coach senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in large scale organisational change
- A track record of collaboration and connectivity across multiple and diverse teams to enable outcomes.
- An enthusiasm to share your experience and best practice to help the broader team grow and consider new approaches to supporting the business
