Job Description:
The recently formed St Vincent’s Talent team will be delivering a new end to end, value-add internal Talent Acquisition services to our St Vincent’s clients and candidates alike across Sydney, NSW.
Several new Talent Partner and Talent Support roles are currently being recruited, additionally we are looking to appoint a fixed term, temporary Talent Lead who will support lead the new team and our hiring managers through this exciting change over the next 18 months.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be a natural born leader who holds proven skills in implementing new end-to-end Talent Acquisition / Recruitment support and/or a project recruitment background. You will guide your team to not only deliver the best possible recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike, but you will also help deliver on our promise to transform the way in which SVHA attracts and retains talent.
The successful candidate will view leadership as a privilege, someone who believes in our values and cares about the team in which you are responsible for and the way in which our support helps our hiring managers.
A full time, fixed term opportunity is available until 31 July 2025, with review. We offer a fabulous hybrid model which includes a mix of working from home, the office and on site with our frontline teams building to support as best we can. Proven experience as a recruitment team lead, have held a similar role, ideally driving change and/or delivering transformation, projects, mobilisations, acquisitions or mergers within the TA/resource remit
A highly skilled recruiter with experience across the employee life cycle, systems and tools used to manage TA processes – you will need to be hands on and will be involved in recruitment to best support your team as necessary
Curious about the collaboration of the work, constant improvement and an understanding of how data can drive decision-making
Pipelining resource needs and ensure the right levels of appropriate new talent is recruited to meet SVHA’s future requirements
Able to establish credibility quickly, action orientated, organised, proactive and a good negotiator and a healthy level of confidence to drive process outcomes
Capable of navigating ambiguity, showing persistence, adaptability and resourcefulness in the face of obstacles
