The Company
Our client is a leading international provider of safety and medical equipment and is seeking a talented and competent Talent Partner/Internal Recruiter to join their HR team of five in supporting both the Australian and New Zealand teams.
The Role:
This Talent Partner/Internal Recruiter role will keep you busy, challenged, learning, and contributing! You will report directly to the Head of Human Resources Pacific (great mentoring) and support multiple Managers across the business in fulfilling their recruitment needs.
You will have the opportunity to review the entire Recruitment Process and make recommendations to improve and streamline, coach leaders on the best recruitment practices and give feedback and your own recommendations on candidates and why.
There will also be a variety of projects for the right person who wants to expand their role into other HR areas. As the successful candidate, you will thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment where every Manager thinks their role is urgent! ?
What do we need from you?
- A genuine passion for effective HR, people, and culture
- Stakeholder engagement; experience on collaborating with multiple business units
- 5 plus years’ experience in a recruitment position
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills. Connx and Success Factors experience a bonus!
- Be highly organised, have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a sense of humour!
- A desire to really learn and understand the business and take ownership of this role - you won't be micro managed!
