We are working with a client that is a well known Australian Business, who is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team.
This role will pay up up to $120k package and is based in South Yarra. You Must have a minimum of 3 years Property & Construction recruitment (to be considered for this role).
Forming part of the HR team, the focus of you role will to engage in strategic head hunting for senior roles within the business, across all States.
- Work on a candidate engagement strategy for a streamline of senior roles. This strategy will involve domestic but also a global reach of candidates from overseas markets with suitable skill sets.
- You will run strategic candidate campaigns to attract top talent from overseas markets.
- Headhunting, strategic market mapping and working on longer term talent pooling.
- Recruiting a range of roles including engineers, project managers, construction managers & site managers. There is a solid pipeline of internal roles to be worked on (nationally).
- Developing strong relationships with the stakeholders and really engaging with the business.
- Strong interviewing skills and an ability to represent this business in the best light to truly attract candidates to this brand.
