With an annual visitor count exceeding one million across their four primary locations, our client is a prominent institution, serving as the region's largest employer.
About the role:
As the newly created Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping my clients recruitment efforts, drawing on your successful internal Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience. This position represents the culmination of your expertise;
- With a strong background in end-to-end recruitment experience - advertising, telephone screening, shortlisting, managing talent pools, proactive recruitment strategies & interviewing;
- The ability to ensure an awesome employee experience by supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle and driving a high-performing and engaged workplace;
- Experience partnering with business leaders, advising, coaching and assisting them in working with their teams throughout the employment lifecycle;
- Strong relationship-building abilities as you are a trusted partner to business leaders;
- Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills- written and verbal;
- Proactively identify opportunities for capability & process improvement for the department and business effectiveness;
- Thrives on a fast paced environment.
This is a full time contracted role, till December 2025.
