There is no greater motivation.As an integral part of the Executive Search and Talent Acquisition team, you will use your strong research, sourcing skills to understand the global talent landscape, and develop and execute resourcing strategies to identify key executive, technical and specialist talent for Fortescue.   • Developing knowledge across the diverse areas of the Fortescue business
  • Engaging and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide industry and market insights in relation to talent
  • Interpreting briefs from hiring managers and devising creative, proactive sourcing and marketing strategies
  • Undertaking industry research and market mapping, developing target company lists and identifying key executives, technical and specialist talent to meet Fortescue requirements
  • Creating talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles
  • Ensuring a strong focus on identifying diverse candidates
  • Making initial contact with senior executives and other specialist talent in regard to potential opportunities and/or to network and source further candidates
  • Keeping up to date and sharing industry news and the latest methods, trends and technologies in talent acquisition
  • Developing information packs and other marketing materials to prospective candidates, as well as reports and presentations for the team, hiring managers and senior management
  • Utilising Success Factors and other systems for efficient data storage, retrieval and reporting
  • Providing ad hoc support to the team in relation to executive search and talent pipelining assignments (conducting screen calls, scheduling interviews, etc)
  • Living the Fortescue Values
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience as an Executive Search Researcher or Talent Acquisition Resourcer within a corporate environment. Tertiary qualifications and experience within an executive search or Big 4 consulting firm would be highly regarded
  • Effective research and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly synthesize key information from various sources
  • Exceptional organisational, time and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A passion or keen interest in renewable energy and/or the resources industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced capability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Ai or Success Factors recruitment platform would be advantageous
