About the role
Prepare meals, food safety, efficiency, positive attitude, quality food presentation and all the usual expectations of a chef are what we are looking for. But mostly, someone passionate to be in this industry and hungry to see an opportunity and grab it! Catering to upmarket a la carte cuisine with a fresh seafood focus! If you find yourself on a daily basis asking yourself ….What can I improve… How can I make this menu better…How can I be more efficient…. Then THIS is the job for you.
