The key duties of this role will include:
  

• Training, mentoring, and managing a team.
• Working closely with clients, with the view to improve their business operations.
• Developing and implementing best practices in change management particularly relating to systems, processes, and staff performances 
• Build solid working relationships with new clients and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant:
  
To be considered for this position you will have:
  

• 4+ years’ experience in Australian Tax
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Have broad knowledge on a range of tax matters.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Commitment to continuing professional development and career progression.
• Must be currently based in Australia and have full working rights.
